1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you at the time of order placement.

2. Order Processing Time

✔ Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
✔ Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

🚚 Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days (may vary based on location).
🚀 Express Delivery: 2-4 business days (available for select locations).

Note: Delivery times may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or national holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

✔ For orders up to 500g: ₹100 shipping charge applies.

✔ Express shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

✔ Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor the delivery status.
✔ You can also check your order status by logging into your Shopickon account.

6. Delivery Attempts

✔ Our delivery partners will make two attempts to deliver your order.
✔ If undelivered, the package will be returned to us, and a refund (excluding shipping charges) will be processed.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

✔ If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.
✔ In case of lost shipments, we will initiate a replacement or refund after verification.

8. International Shipping
